I’ve been using these guys for 3+ years from the US. Connection speeds are very good, (no buffering on live sports streams), service is very reliable, and on a couple of occasions when I have needed support, they’ve responded very quickly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and reliable VPN service.

I have used vpngates for 2 years now. Initially it was fine with good speeds and reliable with good customer support. If I had a connection problem, they would help to promptly resolve the issue. Over the last year however, the service has deteriorated. I regularly have problems connecting to my uk vpn and they can take 3-4 days to reply to emails asking for them to sort out the problem.

In addition to this, in the evenings, I find their servers to be pretty slow making streaming the iplayer etc impossible. I think they have moved their servers to UAE as google now appears in arabic. Anyway, such a shame as they used to be great but I think I will look for a new VPN provider when my contract expires.

I am recieving connection problems and keep getting a error800 message.

I have already sent 2 emails and have had no reply.

They claim to have a online support but it has never worked!!

I have to add my comments regarding this service as I have been using Vpngates now for almost 2 years and am a very happy customer.
I live in the Middle East where a lot of websites, Skype etc are blocked, Vpngates works fine, good speed, reliable service, always connects when needed.
Twice in the last 18 months I have had a problem with the connection, emailed their support address, both times had a reply within three hours with a new IP address which worked straightaway.
Happy to recommend this supplier.

Do not use VPNGates if you are a. In the U.A.E. b. Happy to loose you $40 subsrciption! I signed up and had constant connectivity problems, the support was eratic and delayed and they never really got it to work. Whe I asked for a refund thay had the cheek to say I only had one month of my subscription left and would only give me $10. Naturally they have now gone silent and today I get this :

They are very happy to take your money but dreadful at resolving problems or refunding your money when the system doesn’t work. SO if they are that desperate and don’t have a conscience they can keep the $40 and I will now make it a mission to tell everyone how dreadful they are

It never works for me. I followed the setup which was quite easy, but i wouldn’t connect. I ask for support and nobody replied. Wasted 15$

2 years without problems. Tried a slightly cheaper service but speed was poor – came back to vpngates.
