My email to unblock and their reply which basically says tough luck we have your money nothing doing.
I only signed up less than 24 hours ago but I shall not be renewing the subscription. I have tried both the pptp and open vpn and the streaming speeds are no good for watching tv. I have a 6mb connection and by comparison to overplay which I currently use it is simply not in the same league

problem must be caused by ISP international peering or higher latency
