Found “feedback” form on their website and asked for assistance but heard nothing back from them.

Tried my credit card payment again and seemed to succeed the second time (have I been charged twice??) however when I connected PPTP to their UK server I could get no response. Could not connect HTTP to anything and could not ping.

Can not seem to get any response from their support people and cannot get going. Waste of effort and $$. :-(
