I have been using them for a while. The speed is good and reliable.
However they don’t have 24/7 customer support
Stay away!
I signed up and paid (via AlertPay) over 3 weeks ago and still have not received any details on my account.
They didn’t even send an acknowledgement when I signed up.
Only when I sent an email to them did they contact me.. but that was with a simple statement… “On Hold”.. with no explanation…
When I followed up they said… the payment was on hold in their system…again no explanation. I confirmed via AlertPay that my payment went through…
Is this a scam?
I’ve written off the money I’ve wasted on this and gone to another provider that got me up and and connected via their service within 10 minutes of my signing up.
