    Hello, I have to say that in the 12 months I have been using My Private Network here in Spain, and having the right kit to use it, it has operated 99% efficient, at times when a small problem occurred, the after sales service has been second to none, coming back to me in minutes not hours, and sorting the problem remotely, very efficient, I made it known in Spain that I had subscribed to the service, and had well over 300 responses to that, as a result, many have signed up, and the feedback to me excellent,UK TV here can be difficult and expensive with constant changes to systems cards etc, My Private Network solved all that for me and others, and at £5 per month can not be considered expensive, WHAT CAN YOU GET FOR A FIVER THESES DAYS ?

    Have used this product in Turkey and now in France and have found it 100% reliable, both for Internet use and watching British TV. When I have had problems (which were of my own making) the support team were very helpful and extremely efficient. I wish support teams for other products were as good.

    Excellent have used private network from France for over a year have had no problems at all. Has opened another world for TV viewing other than SKY would recomment to anyone. Now returning to the UK so have no need on request for cancellation was actioned within 5 minutes top service…Excellent

    For such a fair price everything about this company is second to none, especially the after sales support, which is personal, fast and knowledgeable.

    I use the VPN to access blocked websites in China and to use UK only content like BBC iPlayer, without issues.

    It is easy to initially set up a SSL VPN connection which makes connection to their service a ‘click of the mouse’ easy.

    Server speeds are a little slow sometimes when streaming video content, but that is only expected for the price they charge / location I’m in.

    I was having problems staying connected, I contacted support on EASTER SUNDAY and had a reply THAT DAY, a reply that gave me (not very computer literate to say the least ) step by step instructions that worked to a T ( thank you ) not only that I had the option for the support team to fix my problem remotely which is a fantastic service.

    I´m so glad is signed up, I had been meaning to do it for almost a year and for one reason or another did´t get around, what a waste, now I get to see the Grand Prix LIVE with BBC commentary instead of Danish, for that alone it´s worth a fiver a month .

    Had some bother with my connection speed which was disrupting my service. Support technician was quick on hand to have a look into to possible causes and highlighted the problem rather quickly.     It has worked as it is meant to since day 1. Difficult to judge speed as I have limited speed on my local service but there is no reduction when I go to MPN.

    It is so refreshing to find a service so dedicated to the end user.
    I have had many difficulties out here in Dubai and every problem has been dealt with in a fast and dedicated manner.
    No problem has ever taken more than a couple of days (time delays etc…..not the service), with the last problem requiring a remote log on session that totally amazed me and this problem was a result of my apartment block implementing new security protocols.

    All this in a country that blocks virtually everything and with a Internet system that struggles to provide over 1Mb.

    I have found the response from staff at your company excellent. The only thing that I have found is that when trying to watch UK tv via MPN, the speed slows considerably and we cannot stream very often so we are always looking to download programmes which is not always suitable.

    Once again Jon has come up trumps. It is really great to get such a quick and comprehensive service. The instructions were clear and when I needed further confirmation that the service was still not working, it was provided by return and included the additional information I needed to send to my supplier. This removed all the risk that my supplier would keep asking for more information.

    It has been a real pain to be without the service for such a long time, all of which was caused by our supplier.

    Whilst overall this is very good I did find it irritating sometimes when the program I was trying to watch here in Spain,kept re loading after a few seconds. Its a pity you cant turn off the adverts tho.
    The only reason I am cancelling is due to now having satellite tv and dont use MPN much now.

    Great support service, at first the standard instructions did not work for China (Great Firewall and all) but after a day was soon led to a different set of instructions involving more encryptive software that worked like a charm. Several emails were concise and answered within minutes, great service!

    Watching video is a tad slow, but that’s due more to the infrastructure than anything a VPN service can do. Oh well, the pause button is there for a reason…

    Encountered a problem with Vista & Win 7 no longer connecting to the UK VPN from the USA. Likely to be the result of some windows security updates. Solution was to use OpenVPN to connect over SSL. This gives a bit of a performance hit but the support response from My Private Network support was quick, professional and resolved my issue.     Fantastic service, so easy to use. The instructions are straight to the point and renewal is automatic so you never forget. Cheap, excellent service! I was living in Norway for 2years, stuck watching TV that I couldn’t understand, this service saved my sanity!

    When I finally moved back to the UK, the renewal went through as normal. I requested a cancellation and refund for the last payment, less than 24 hours late both completed. Fantastic. A must for any Ex-Pat!

    I have two VPN`s on the go as hadn`t heard of MPN at the time. Chose MPN too as I can access all UK iplayer channels, which I can`t, for some reason, with the other VPN.

    I also never get any response to technical queries from the other VPN, whereas MPN came back the next day and helped me out. I will be staying with MPN and continuing to recommend to fellow expats and when my other VPN license expires I won`t be extending it or recommending to anyone.

    This is the best value GBP5.00 a month I spend !

    Excellent and very speedy support both initially when I had set up problems due to my computers security and firewall and later when had minor problems setting up payments.

    Quality very good although of course this depends on your ADSL line.

    I am now able to watch BBC TV live so can see news and F1 as it happens as well as recent programs from this and other UK terrestrial channels. An added bonus from Turkey is that can also access You Tube which is blocked here.

    Have recommended it to several other people here and they to are now enjoying this service

Although I only have a 1Mb wireless connection, I have been able to watch streaming video (when I get the full bandwidth from my ISP!) Only drawback (with VPN’s in general) is that tvcatchup.com won’t work (which is a handy place to stream all free UK telly, now that Zattoo is neutered).

    Tried many VPN providers, but I like MPN’s simply payment options and tech support. Tunnelblick setup on Mac’s a bit tricky, but MPN’s support is really 5-star. Connection speed to HK is a bit patchy, especially during peak times; MPN say they can’t do anything about it but let’s hope they can find a faster route to their sub’s in Asia!

    Have been using MPN for over year from South East Asia and overall very pleased. Speed is one area where of course I would like more but that is more related to my own line rather than MPN. Service is prompt via e-mail and they are always willing to enter into a dialogue to help you solve the problem. I have only had two issues and both times, it has been me fiddling with my settings rather than MPN issues. Highly recommend them.

    I have had very limited experience with other VPN providers. This I believe is a testament to the wonderful service I have been provided with at “My Private Network”. I am the type of person that if something does not work I will find something that will, and in the 2 years approx, since I have been a subscriber the system has worked beyond my expectations and I have never considered changing to another provider.
    The limited problems I have suffered have 99.9% of the time been due to other factors, not, “My Private Network”.Even In these rare cases of problems the support and advice I have received has been outstanding, even if it was not caused by MPN. In conclusion an outstanding service and in my experience many other companies could well learn allot from their customer support and general reliability of service. Well Done

Since these to features work perfectly, I assume it’s also secure, though I haven’t actually tested that.     Having had excellent service from my-private-network for about 8 months I was annoyed when PayPal started rocking the boat and refusing to take payment from an accepted and confirmed card. Eventually, after many fruitless emails, over a number of days, always responded to by a different person, and all unhelpful, I gave up and contacted MPN with my problems.
    The response was immediate and helpful and within hours an alternative payment method was instigated which doesn’t involve PayPal.

    Terrible. The reviews here all speak of people having trouble connecting, and well, that is the only true part of them. You WILL have trouble connecting. Support, however, is non-existent and on the odd occasion that the servers don’t provide ‘Error 619′ and fail to connect you, you’ll be rewarded with 200kb/s.

    I signed up to another VPN. When I paid my money7 (£3.00 more than advertised) I had all sorts of problems, culmanating in all my cookies being removed and an eventual system crash… So I was worried about signing up with MPN.

    I need not have worried, where I did have a problem (with Paypal) customer services soon put my mind at rest and helped me sort the problem out. Since joining life has become a lot easier. It is worth every penny, thank you VPN

    I have been a user of their UK service for over a year now, and never had a problem, now I upgraded to the global plan, and was unsure on how to switch between US and UK servers. I send them an email on a Sunday, and had a reply within less then 30 minutes. Now, thats what I call serice!! Thank you!

    I had never heard of a VPN when I moved abroad and wanted to get around local internet blocks but MPN helped to explain what it was all about and and for £5 a month (no annual subscription) there was almost no downside for trying it. Setting up was a doddle even for somebody like me who has almost no idea how their computer works. Speed is the only issue but I am never sure if that is a result of the local servers or something back in the UK.

    For me this is a killer app. The UK has the best media in the world and this opens it up. The line speeds are fast enough to stream video (except for small bufferings every 5 minutes). And YES I do posession a UK TV licence. The service levels are exceptional. Bravo my private network!

    I’ve only beeen using this service for a few months since my arrival in Canada and I’m very pleased with the service. I’ve needed to ask for support just once when, for some reason, I couldn’t get connected. The support offered was excellent. Occasionally there is some buffering but I think that is the speed of my internet connection rather than a fault with MPN. I really enjoy being able to access UK tv when there are particular programmes that I want to watch. It’s excellent value.

    The service from “my-private-network” is brilliant. Tech support is fast, friendly and details are clear. The problems I get are from PayPal who insist on communicating with me IN SPANISH for everything to do with the VPN account including the fact that my subs to “m-p-n” have been paid !!

    I have always found this service to be really easy to use (for a technophobe like me) and had no problems at all for 18 months. I’ve had (or perhaps I should say “I’m having”) an issue with my PayPal account and MPN have been more than helpful and patient. If this goes on I might be in danger of taking them for granted!     This service is excellent in every way. Queries are answered promptly and 99% of the time speeds are delivered. However there is the occasional buffering but this may be dependent on conditions here in Sweden rather than anything to do with the service itself. I warmly recommend this competitively priced efficient service to anybody interested.
