    Hi Message to Sarah

We hd a huge problem with many of our emails getting through to Yahoo, Hotmail Gmail etc accounts. This affected all our communication. This has now been fixed. You were never being ignored. Please email us ( we have always received all emails) with an alternate email address and we will either REFUND YOU IN FULL or get the service back for you to our usual high standards and make amends also.

This message is to all Lamnia customers who had a bad time in January and February we will make amends. We know we let you down but have worked very hard to get the service back to the standards you enjoyed before and we will make amends to all customers who suffered.

    Best Regards

    Humble from Lamnia

I bought 3 months of their service. When it is up and running it is good. You can switch (unlimited) between USA and UK. The USA service allows access to things like Pandora – but some sites spot you are using a proxy and assume you are outside the USA. It works well with Zattoo to access live UK TV (which it does well).
However, was down several times at weekends for hours at a time. Support not bad, they get back by email in a day or so – sometimes much quicker. I am going to try another service as my contract with them is up in a few days – but will return if the other service is worse!

Don’t bother with these clowns. They are just an affiliate of Cienen.com (and more expensive), using the exact same servers.
I found this out after buying a one month subscription – despite a money-back policy in place, they haven’t replied to any of many e-mails I’ve sent asking for a refund.
A bunch of cowboys. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I was beginning to think I was the only one whose e-mails are being ignored, but seems I’m not alone. I was previously really happy with the Lamnia service – there was the odd connection issue but nothing that wasn’t sorted out immediately with the livechat function, that before actually worked as “livechat” rather than the “send us an e-mail that we’ll then ignore” process.

Unfortunately I paid up front for a year for my service to save a bit of money, and am now beyond the window when I can claim anything back from Paypal and currently have no service, no responses to my e-mails, and an increasingly bad taste in my mouth that somebody has done a runner with my money!

Frankly I’m a bit disgusted and even more so when I read all the other users in the same boat as me!

Lamnia is the fastest VPN I have seen of any. And I have tried others. The speed is identical to using my regular cable ISP. Since they switched to a better network and stable platform,(That was the only real downtime I experienced), it has been even better. And NO VPN can be up 100% of the time. Anybody telling you differently is lying. I have been with them about two months now, and couldn’t be happier. And I have no intentions of going anywhere else.

I have used this service for a while now. At first it was great, no problems at all. Then I had similar problems to those described above but that seems to have settled down now and the service is back to its high standard of before.

Hi, I’ve been using Lamnia for over 8 months now and will continue to do so. They have changed servers from what I can make out and now I’m watching all my usual stuff once again, Holby, The Bill etc. Sometimes I need to wait a while for the support team to get back to me, but they do and are always very helpful and patient especially as I’m not particulary teckie and very fair. To be honest I had tried another big vpn company before Lamnia but was disapointed with the lack of support I received. It was only from reading so many good reviews that I went with Lamnia in the first place and once again my service is up and running, I’m a happy girl and so are my kids.

Well well well Lamnia. You have certainly upset the world. I have been with Lamnia for 12 months and up until a couple of weeks ago. I was happy as a pig in the brown stuff. Apparently it was all down to an upgrade !!! Im still a bit p***** that my emails went unanswered but after 12 months of excellent service I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.
I have been back connected fine for 4 days with no downtime so hopefully as they say their upgrade is complete.

So what changes have I noticed…….well Hulu is still blocked but Fox, ABC and NBC are all working. I bought Lamnia for UK TV but always liked being able to watch the Simpsons so glad that is back.
Speed is great no buffering at all

So lamnia keep it up and please , please let me know if you plan another upgrade!!!!

I might have stuck with them if at least they would have answered their emails and stated they were having a problem. But to be ignored? Bye Bye Lamnia – Hello Paypal (they at least respond to complaints).

Terrible service. After a couple of weeks working well they have been up and down but mostly down. Took longer to initialize the service than promised. Never received a response from customer support.

I will not be renewing when my 3 months are up. Waste of money. Waste of time. Avoid this provider and look for a reliable service instead.

    SCAM

Avoid this VPN, as it is a scam.

    It is constantly down.

Down all last night and again nothing tonight. This has been going on for weeks now.

I have now flagged my last payment to Lamnia with Paypal as a dispute. Would recommend that others do the same. It appears to be the only realistic way of getting the money back.

Just to recap, Lamnia is a SCAM and their money back guarantee a con.

“I don’t think they even have their own servers anymore, they seem to be a reseller now for another VPN service”

Yes, I think it is a company called RapidSwitch Ltd.

I too signed up for Lamnia 3 weeks ago and all seemed fairly OK until last weekend. I did get through to support for a while and they suggested that I use new dialers. Problem persisted (and flaky service returned every now and again). I re-installed the old dialler and it worked for a while but the service is down again. I have tried support more times than I can remember – no live chat, no email response – and am now looking at other VPNs.

@Lamnia – we can all understand that hitches occur, but your level of customer support is frankly abysmal.

I too have had many problems with Lamnia. When they first appeared they were very good, now they are useless. I have had problems logging in on many occasions and just get fobbed off with the same old excuse, “are you using the new dialers and ‘new’ servers?” When you indicate you are using the ‘new’ ones, they don’t reply again and it’s almost impossible to get through on the ‘live’ help. I have recently discovered what I believe is the problem, I don’t think they even have their own servers anymore, they seem to be a reseller now for another VPN service. So when they say they are having problems with their ‘new’ servers, what they mean is they’re having problems patching you through to their VPN provider!…I would recommend avoiding them!….

Ignore my review of the 12 Feb. Since then the service has been awful – it is down more than up ! On-line support must have left the country as you only ever get the email option and they never reply back – not suprised as their customer base must be going ape! I could not possibly recommend this service to anyone at the moment and would suggest that unless they sort their act out, they won’t have any customers left. Lamnia – if you are reading this, get your ‘technical’ guys to do their job properly. How long does it take to sort out a service on which their customers rely?

As P Smith, Lamnia seems to be down again (Feb 14), as it was earlier this week. To be fair outages over the last 6months have probably been less that 10, but the idea they have live support is laughable. The operators are always busy, so you send in an email, and the typical response points the finer of blame at the dialer or the ISP, and arrives after the system is back up.

Second time in three weeks Lamnia has not been accepting my log in details. The last time I had to go to a paypal dispute to get them to do something about it. If you are looking for reliability and customer service Lamnia is seriously lacking at present. Their “live” support never has a person at the other end. If I am not back up in 24 hours I am cancelling my subscription and changing provider. Shame because when it works its good.

I have been using Lamnia for just over a month and have been very pleased with the service. There have been problems in the last week when I lost my connection on several days. I contacted support and was told that the problem was due to the upgrade to their servers affecting the authentication server which checks your username and password. After several attempts, they seem to have solved the problem. Lets hope the service settles down now. Customer support is generally good particularly when you can get the live support.

I emailed them and they told me it was down to my Yahoo email address and had I added them as a contact…. I hadnt they sent again I was connected in 10 minutes. very very happy British Tv god how I have missed it.

Reading other reviews on here does support what Lamnia have told me that the email problem was recent as It seems Lamnia has only had good reviews then this recent period of some bad stuff.

On another note on here. Lamnia was not £6.50 but £7.75 which on my service so far is well worth the money

Hi This is a message from Lamnia. Recently we have experienced a major issue with customers using free email accounts. Such as Hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc. Many of our emails were being blocked by these services on a random basis and as they were not being bounced back we had no idea who was receiving and who was not.
We have raised this issue with the email companies and it seems our welcome email with so many IP server addresses was the issue as they appeared as multi links. We have now fixed this issue.
As you can imagine an issue like this did affect our communications from top to bottom. But I am happy to report all is back to normal.

    Many Thanks

Lamnia: “Strangely enough, we have actually looked forward to a comment like this. The only previous negative reviews of our service, were by people who had never used our service.”

Good, here is another one for you.

The service started off pretty good but now it become shocking.

Streaming BBC video content from the UK is impossible and hardly worth the bother. Trust me when I say that this isn’t a ‘now and again’ feature of the service as it is the case throughout. The same can be said for most other outlets we’ve hoped to watch video from – so in all fairness Lamnia it might not be right to use that as a selling point for the service any more.

Sometimes over the last 5 months it’s been hard to get the connection going which in all fairness could be expected but honestly it doesn’t appear to have got any better; random authorisation errors that go on for days / hours at a time, getting disconnected after a few minutes, and as mentioned above the bandwidth which is reminiscent of early modem speeds.

Recently, the last 2 months, their support has been non-existent and any live chat engineers always appear to be ‘busy’. Where they have gone I don’t know but they no longer appear to have believe in reaching out to their exiting customers… In fact I just find it rude now.

Anyway, for the last three days I’ve been unable to connect at all so in all this appears to be the icing on the cake? I would like the money we paid upfront for two accounts for a year back now!

I was with Scothosts who were excellent but after our system here in Spain changed, we are a radio conection, it would not let me watch Channel 4 with their VPN so sadly I moved to Lamnia. The connection is sometimes slow and I have to try 4 or 5 different connections to get one to work. Often the error message comes up and I have to re-input my details etc. The support is variable, depending if there is anyone on the other end of the line!
However, having said all that , it IS cheap and the majority of the times runs wthout a hitch. So I would recommend it.

Lamnia must be about to do the good old-fashion runner or they’ve gone on holiday without telling anybody. Many happy customers last year to attract more but as of this year it would seem they do not care anymore and the service is shocking. I would be very careful choosing this company (if it is a company at all).

Driving me mad… service was fine at first now I get constant error messages and am unable to connect for days at a time. Am told my password/user name is incorrect or there is a security layer on the network preventing me connecting – neither of these are true. Emails go unanswered, ‘live’ support is not live at all. Very frustrating as had bought to ensure security whilst using unsecured wifi connections travelling but now can’t do any banking or anything that puts me at risk due to VPN fails. Would be great otherwise, ease of taking money from you is v.smooth. Not so when things go wrong. Also – watching video is terrible and service chews up bandwidth massively making surfing often painfully slow.

Used to be a fairly competent service. Now the system often disconnects you and then refuses to authenticate you from a couple of hours to days at a time. Bandwidth seems limited at times, often the system cannot deliver video.
Support is not live and trouble tickets (if they use them) are bounced between technicians who ask the same questions. It is extremely frustrating to deal with them. I would recommend trying another provider.

Discount price, discount service and cheap support!

I live in Italy and found Lamnia fine at first. Overal I cannot get a connection 3 times out of 4. Different error messages – currently being told my user name/passowrd has expired. Their system did throw me off once before. The live support is not live. I complained before that it was always off line. Now it says it is online but everytime you click on it you are told the operators are all busy and leave a message. I have spent the last hour trying to cancel the payments on PayPal without any luck. It does not show up as a recurring payment?
Found an alternative which connects everytime.
Found with Lamnia that the speed dropped to about a third so not very often able to watch tv from the UK. Had to download from BBC Iplayer overnighr. Sorry not for me.

Despite my previous negative review regarding the lack of USA internet TV.

I can give some positive comments.

The UK servers are excellent, no speed issues, BBC works works as advertised.

Placing my order went smooth, payments are by PayPal, two options given.

    1. to pay one month and manually renew.

    2. set up auto re new subscription.

I went for the auto renew option

With in a few hours I received my email with log on information, Server address and other relevant information

They have plenty of servers in the UK more then any VPN provider I have used in the past.

There is a live chat option for support, when they are busy there is the email option

Its very early days , but so far as the UK is concerned, the service is impressive, especially for the price.

I still remain unhappy with the USA service, but for general surfing in the USA this isn’t any problem,

Over all a very good start, all being well I look forward to remaining a customer of Lamnia VPN for some time.

As a PS I think its good they give a 3 day refund option, this speaks volumes, most other VPN services hides behind the small print.

The blocking of Hulu and many USA media sites continues
This is a email I have just received.

    > I’m thinking about trying your USA service many people say they can not connect to some USA sites like Hulu,
    Hi

Currently at the moment we are not able to connect to Hulu and many USA sites block our VPN. We are working on solutions at the moment, but currently we cant offer this service.

I had great success and enjoyment in the beginning. But somehow it has gone wrong and now i spend a lot of my time trying to get it to work. What happened? I’ve no time to spell out my whole saga. I just want the thing to work right all the time. Is this to much to ask of VPN service? This being my only experience with a VPN service, am I to assume it is a necessary nuisance? If i want VPN, i have to put up with the problems of having VPN? Is this certain as death and taxes?
    Frustrated!

I live in France. My briefing to myself was. Set-up plasma home cinema room with plasma TV to watch DVDs and and on demand UK TV (iPlayer etc..). Equipment used:- 50 inch Plasma TV. Mac Mini. Devolo dLAN plugs (better than WiFi) to use house electrical system to transmit Orange box internet to Mac Mini. After setting up TV, Mac Mini and internet I put the Lamnia VPN instructions into Mac Mini. These instructions must be read carefully as I had a couple of false starts (my fault). The connection was fast and the picture was brilliant. Within a short space of time after set-up I was watching the Antiques Roadshow BBC. What can I say? It works like a dream. It’s too good to be true so I suppose the “political powers that be” will try to put a stop to it. Can’t have the peasants enjoying themselves.

Either I am lucky with Lamnia or their service is really excellent. No issues of any kind and the speed is exactly what they advertise, FAST. My download speed is about the same with or without the VPN. Will I recommend it to someone? YES, definitely! Set up for MAC is simple, very simple, or even too simple ;-) with STEP BY STEP screenshots. No way you cannot set it up on your own. I’m 100% satisfied so far.

I had some difficulty receiving ANY emails from Lamnia due to a problem with my email service. Lamnia went the extra mile to contact me so that I could arrange an alternate address to which they promptly delivered my info. I set the service up in Win 7 with a little help from google and after testing my connection I can say that the service does work and with very little impact on my normal speeds.

For the sake of an honest review I did give them 4 stars in compatibility because they do not have step by step instruction to set up in Win 7 but I wish I could give 6 stars for service!!

After reading so many rave reiveiws about Lamnia, I was skeptical like many other people, as I quiestioned whether this website is for real or not, it seemed too good to be true, to have so many good reviews about this website. However I have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try their 8 pounds one month subscription.

I received via email the server list from Lamnia within about a couple hours after subscribing. It included a list of many servers, from U.S , Canda, U.K and recently they also added Netherlands. It included my username, password and instructions on how to set it up , which took me about 5 minutes only to set up on my Apple Mac Book. Very simple and easy to follow instructions is provided on their website, with step by step screen shots, anyone can setup easily.

I used primarily only the U.S servers, so I cant comment on the U.K, Canada or Netherlands servers. If & when I do use other servers, I will update my review.

So I used the U.S server to immediately subscribe to Netflix. Im now able to stream movies very fast from Netflix , with no buffering except at the start of the movie. In addition all the websites previously blocked by my ISP, are now open, and I am enjoying the internet without any censorship. I am currently residing in the Middle east and most of these websites and many videos in youtube are blocked in this part of the world.

The only drawback to using Lamnia servers is that Hulu doesnt work; but after doing some research on the internet , it seems that currently it isnt working in most other websites too providing VPN as well. Hulu seems to have found a way to block users outside the U.S, using VPN. Anyways Lamnia are aware of this issue, and perhaps may be able to find a way around Hulu in the near future. But so far all other websites, & streams work smoothly and nicely, I have no complaints so far.

I have also faced a problem while re-subscribing to their service, I apparently sent the wrong email address while subscribing, and hence I didn’t receive the new login details, i.e username , password etc. I have emailed them about the issue, & they have promptly replied back to me and sent me the login details to the correct email address I requested, within less than hour.

I highly recommend Lamnia service, and I feel very fortunate that my first experience with VPN has been very pleasant, and I am glad that I have chosen Lamnia.

I also request anyone reading this review, that you do not pay attention to the other negative reviews claiming that Lamnia themselves wrote some of the positive reviews in here; I guess most of those reviews if not all must have been written by people who have not even tried their service. In addition the reason why Lamnia gets so many reviews is that on their welcome email, they have links to three websites, incase customers would like to post a review on their service.

I assure you that Lamnia service is for real, they have very fast servers, & its my second months now that I am using their service , and so far so good, I am a satisfied customer & I highly recommend their VPN service. :-)

    Two Thumbs Up

Works well with UK servers and sites but try to access US and it is completely blocked. They advertise streaming US video but both US servers are blocked by most sites with restrictions. Speed was 2.6-3Megs. Overall this is half of a product. If one signed up for JUST US access then they have completely wasted their time and money. If US is not the goal then this is a great service.

I signed up with Lamnia in order to get the holy trifecta of Uk TV – SKY, ITV & BBC. Setting up was simple, but my connection cut out every couple of minutes. I tried the live support, but feel that it is not live at all since I tried to get help and it just kept directing me to the e-mail support page. I cancelled the subscription and asked them to refund my money after a day and a half of trying to get to through to someone and no response to my e-mail. That was 2 days ago and still no refund. Do they know what the exchange is in Canada??? It’s a tidy sum I’m waiting to get back to be sure!. Anyway, glad some people get through and are having luck. I will keep looking as Lamnia hasn’t cut it for me.

I would recommend this service, I’ve been using it on an ubuntu 9.10 laptop and a fedora 11 desktop. You can use UK, dutch, US, Canadian servers at no extra cost, unlimited bandwidth, no logs, decent price, l2tp and pptp availabe plus money back guarantee. And it gets better, OpenVPN is coming to lamnia as they’ve told me. Has some issues with US servers, hence 4 stars on speed.

Best support in the industry hands down, you can’t go wrong with these guys.

Signed up with Lamnia today so a bit early to say how the service is. So far very happy with the speed of their PPTP server in UK which maxes out my internet connection, though can only get c. 6mbps from the US server.

What is disappointing though is a)Lack of Open VPN support. and b) Extremely slow L2TP speeds (900kbps or there abouts). This is the only reason why I am considering switcing to something like Overplay. Sorry guys but if you want to retain your customers, you will need to up your game. For this reason, and this reason alone, I am giving you 3 stars

I recently discovered Lamnia VPN service while searching the net for a way to watch UK TV abroad. I signed up for a one month period and am delighted to say that I can now connect to the major UK TV providers. I will certainly subscribe again for a longer period when my initial one month period expires. Lamnia provides step by step instructions for set up and prompt replies to queries. I would definitely recommend Lamnia.

I stumbled upon Lamnia pretty much by accident. Overall, the service is wonderful.

Their customer support is amazing. Friendly, never confrontational, and always quick to respond.

While their uptime isn’t 100% they work very hard to keep it as close as possible, and they’ve made up for any any times the network isn’t accessible with such stellar speed and service it’s really hard to complain.

As with any service I depend on, I keep a backup provider, but Lamnia is wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This is an excellent service from Lamnia. I have been streaming and downloading programs from the BBC iplayer on a hotel wireless connection in the US which is not the fastest but the service seems to work well.
It is important disable the BBC iplayer in its settings from running at startup, if it starts before the Lamnia and sees you are not on a UK proxy it removes all the programs you have downloaded.

I have a VPN service with Lamnia, which has been brilliant. Today the connection kept failing for a few minutes. After the 2nd time I went on their website and chatted to their live support…….I have never bought anything on the internet that you can speak directly to the people who have your money. At first I was p@£%^*% off but the simple fact there was someone there when it went wrong made me a happy bunny.
When I signed up they asked me to leave a review on here ( Im saying this as I have read all the reviews above) I just couldnt be bothered. But when they are there when it doesn’t go right…….well that deserves 5 stars in my book

Strangely enough, we have actually looked forward to a comment like this. The only previous negative reviews of our service, were by people who had never used our service. Can you imagine how frustrating that is, when you work really hard to provide a service and people attempt to criticize what you do with no knowledge of your service.

So the man above is or unfortunately was a customer of ours and we lost him. As you can read by his comments our service did not match his requirments a 1mb up speed through a VPN is usually beyond us. However our download speed regularly matches 4mb.

And the refund human error, sorry we are not perfect. We dont refund very often ( as most people love our service, we are not at the top of this list for nothing) so our system for refunds is not as good as it should be. We apologised and as with all our customer gave the refund 100% ……….nest time we make sure we match the no quibble part of oour promise

Based in Peru. Signed up to Lamnia because I was tired of waiting on torrent sites to download tv content. I can now access Iplayer, C4 and ITV. I tried using the US servers to access HULU, but they are sus and spot VPN ip addresses. I am using hotspotshield for US content and Lamnia for UK content. Lamnia is better than hotspot in terms of speed and easy of use.

So far so good with Lamnia. Fingers crosed it stays that way.

The other thing I like is knowing that I have good security ect.. when accessing secure connections, I travela lot and have to use shared connections in some dodgy places, nice to know that my details are encrypted.

I have been using Lamnia for about five months now and am highly satisfied with all aspects of the service. The set up procedure is very easy using the automatic dialers which can be downloaded and connection is invariably quick and trouble free.
On the few occasions when I had problems connecting to the server, the response from the customer service department was excellent. A swift, satisfactory solution was provided every time, even at weekends or late in the evening when I did not really expect to get a response.

Oh just another funny one on here. I can see that some owners have replied and rated themselves on here, including Lamnia and been rightly chastised.

However it does seem a bit hypocritical to rate a service you have never used negatively. Yet in your same review state that a VPN owner who clicks the rating button should not be trusted.

Have you used Lamnia??? It does read from your review that you haven’t, If you havent, how can you justify being able to judge and rate their speed, compatibility etc and yet then go on to criticise their customers who have used the service for posting reviews.

    I am a bit baffled

Just reading the reviews above. I am a little confused? Why would you say ‘ that you admire this website, then tell people not to trust its findings!!!
On a trust issue well Lamnia is 5 stars. I signed up a few days ago to watch Grand Prix and I think I can solve your mystery why Lamnia keep getting reviews. At the bottom of my ‘Welcome Email’ was a signature asking me to review Lamnia on this and a couple of other sites. So thats what Im doing.

Paid my money. Got my login details in about 30 to 40 mins It says on website average 15 mins but can be 2 hours so I guess fair to good on process, but the last VPN I used which is listed on here took 2 days!!!!

I used 1 of their dialers which was a doddle on my desktop ( which is wired to my TV ) . However I have a Mac Laptop which I have had to manually configure on as there is no auto dialer for it. However works a treat on both. So I am giving a 4 for compatibility.
Speed…… It did buffer a couple of times during race, but no more than when I have watched Grand Prix online in UK without a VPN. I have also watched full episode of Top Gear and Eastenders ( not me guv, promise it was girlfriend) and neither buffered and worked fine on large screen. So again a 4
Support, not used it. However I have just tested it and asked a couple of questions and I would say 99.9% that it is a person answering the support so I am giving a 5 as I got my answer instantly and my login details very quickly compared to other VPN’s

I have used several other VPNs, not one has asked me to leave a review on independent review sites. I salute Lamnia for doing that, but then again the service I have had I would want reviewed. So sorry to the guys who think 5 is bad. But I am giving Lamnia 5 out 5 overall.

    Hi Haig

We think this page is a great service to people choosing a VPN. That is why we ask all our customers to do a review for us. Also like you that we admire the work done by the webmaster here. We respond quickly to comments on here, simply because the only negative comments we have received on here are from people who have not used our service. We do not mean to respond aggressively. We just feel we need to respond to people who are calling us fakes when they have never tried our service. Have you not thought that maybe just maybe our customers like our service and really do think we deserve a 5 star rating.
So money where mouth moment. Why dont you do a real review of Lamnia. Sign up its only £6.50 and we have a 100% refund policy, NO QUIBBLE So at no risk you can check out our service, speed, customer support and for whatever reason if you dont like it in the first 3 days for any reason we will give you your refund!
I dont think we can be any fairer, we just ask you to do the same and judge us on our merits.

    Many Thanks

    Hi

Just got onto Lamnia following some feedback on the Whirlpool Australia forums. I’m completely clueless when it comes to I.T. – but wanted to watch BBC. The Lamnia service is, simply, spot on. If I can follow the installation instructions, then they must be doing something right. I’m happy with the download speed. I’ve also just used their customr support to ask some questions – absolutely first rate. Maybe this is how customer service should be elsewhere – friendl and it WORKS. WELL DONE to whoever sits behind the mask at Lamnia…recommended it to a mate yesterday and he’s already recommended it to one of his mates…just gotta keep up the customer service, don’t get greedy and remember that its the little people who got you started

I am a regular reader of My VPN Reviews, and a fervent admirer of its webmaster’s work.

Choosing a VPN provider is a question of TRUST.

Can a reader TRUST a VPN provider when the latter gets 5 star ratings, on all criteria (and sometimes on an almost daily basis)?
Can a reader TRUST a VPN provider when the latter responds (almost always) roughly (not to say aggressively) to a reader’s comment?
Can a reader TRUST a VPN provider when the latter comments here, rating himself at the same time (5 stars, on all criteria!)?
    The answer is: NO!

Lamnia have done a sterling job providing this very robust VPN, and have been very understanding when I had problems paying via Pay Pal, which is taking days to resolve. Living abroad, we often experience very challenging download speeds, and are regularly cut off altogether by our internet provider, but the VPN rarely has problems connecting back to us immediately. The couple of technical issues that have arisen, have been dealt with very swiftly by Lamnia, and we are very happy with the service they provide – I would reccomend them to anybody living abroad, who requires a reliable VPN.

I recently lost my job and the worst part of it was I also lost my connection to the UK servers there — so no more accessing BBC iPLayer. I am a huge fan of British programming, and Lamnia was a quick and easy solution to my dilemma. THe cost is VERY reasonable, the customer service is prompt and efficient and the connection seems to work very well so far (I have only been on for a day).

I can’t speak highly enough about lamnia. There system is fast, easy to use and if you get stuck (as I easily get!) they are on the ball with a fix or solution.

    Top marks from me!

you should have 6 stars for customer support when it comes to Lamnia. I have used Lamnia for nearly a year and the only problems I have had is configuring my Firewall………….how good was Norton support…rubbish…..How good was Lamnia fantastic, they advise on so much they dont need to and you know its English guys at the end of the support, when I was tearing my hair out configuring my router the guy at Lamnia was chilling me out with jokes about Freddie Flintoff !! ( I guess you had to be there)
It really is not just the best VPN customer support , its the best I’ve ever had on the web too and I know someone else has said that its just real…………… Oh the VPN fast and all that stuff lets me watch telly so yeah very good

Service is good, speed is moderate to good. Support is bad ignored my email requesting information on whether it supports OpenVPN.

Does not support OpenVPN! Will not renew until it has OpenVPN support.

Hi I have been with Lamnia for a couple of months. I know nothing about computers and a mate told me about them , but I though VPN, what on earth is that!!!! I followed the instructions on the lamnia site and was connected in minutes. 90% of the time its perfect but sometimes it pauses in a program which can be a bit annoying but as I said most of the time excellent. great value for what I was missing

Its good, In fact better than good. Firstly what do you want from a VPN, if like me it is to watch TV then you need a service that gives you a fast connection, with no downtimes.Lamnia scores 5/5 for that. For ease of use the Lamnia tutorials are second to none. No one else has such clear instructions for set up and automated dialers for even easier set up.
With 24/7 Customer support ( I lost my password and they were there online to give it me instantly, no waiting hours for email replies)

    Lamnia VPN…..its a no brainer
