Great service, have been using the US and UK service for the past year and it has been fast and reliable. I enabled me to watch the BBC, Hulu and Netflix, when I travel, as well as giving me an additional layer of security on airport wifi spots. Their customer service is always fast and available and has not let me down yet.

I live in the GCC and had problems with CENSORSHIP and did not like that at all. I heard about Clear VPN through some friends of mine and gave it a try. I didn’t think the cost was too much for what they promised to deliver. I was correct, I was no longer under the censor,so when I had an email that required a specific website it was no longer a problem. I have had more than a few gliches getting set-up and staying set up. The ClearVPN staff and the website were extremely helpful. I rate them very HIGHLY.

I am satisfied with this service. It is reliable and easy to use.

As a suggestion, it would be a good feature to have the logon information capable of being remembered by the computer, similar to email provider services such as Yahoo and gMail. It is a bit frustrating that the login name must be entered each time a person uses the service.

While there are other VPN providers in the market, I will stay with this service when it is time to renew my subscription.

Well, I tried one other provider and it kept dropping like flies. I really wanted to watch my Netflix so bad, I didn’t know what to do. I came across ClearVPN and my movie life has become easy. I can now watch my Netflix and I HAVE NOT experience any drop in service. WAY TO GO ClearVPN!!!

Very satisfied with speed even before the upgrade this weekend. Also the turn around time for customer support is excellent. Overall, I’ve had to ask for help several times due to my system breaking down over here in Kuwait but this had nothing to do with ClearVPN, so I know that they are good at explaining how to get back on.

Truely excellent service, I have used several different suppliers over the last three years and this has proved very simple to get up an running and very reliable.
Unfortunately, the speed here is limited by some very poor providers, but in other countries with good broadband services it is hardly noticable.
High recommended.

I used another VPN service a few months ago that caused havoc with my computer. Once I was back up and running again, I looked for alternative services that offered what I wanted. ClearVPN seemed ideal, and I liked that they offered a week long trial, so I went with it. The trial went well. They provided detailed installation instructions and answered a question I had about security software compatibility. I had no problems at all with lost connections so I went with a year’s contract.

Since then I’ve had (again) no problems at all. I’ve been able to view any UK based online video sites I’ve wanted, and any sites that offer UK alternatives have sent me straight to those pages. There was one text based site early on that didn’t seem to be fooled, but I was in a rush time wise at the time and never went back to check on it. I will at some point just out of curiosity. But one out of many is great. And the fact that there have been no connection problems is great. The service I was on for a short time that caused me problems used to cut out every so often, so this is a huge improvement.

I’m enjoying this service and hope that my good experiences with it continue. I’d recommend it happily.
