I'm on the $8.50/5B package and haven't had to renew yet - albeit I'm a light user. Speed is reliable and good at all times though I don't do streaming videos or any speed-challenging tasks. No review on support since I haven't had to contact them yet (touch wood) - but that fact alone is a good rating for the software. Highly recommended for light users or those who don't require a VPN consistently. Package starts $8.50/5GB. The next level is $15/10GB which probably covers a month for an average user. If I find myself reaching 10GB, I will consider subscribing to other VPN providers offering (cheaper) monthly packages. Nice underrated VPN provider.
